EULA - End User License Agreement

ALLFACTOR is supplied AS IS. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or
implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The author assumes
no liability for damages, lost profits, business interruption, or lost
information, direct, consequential or otherwise, which may result from the use
of ALLFACTOR. Should the software prove defective, you assume the entire cost of
any service and repair. Use of this product constitutes your acceptance
of these terms.

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use this software, free of charge.

If you wish to distribute ALLFACTOR, alone, as part of a package or compilation,
software or image collection or in any publication, on any media, and receive
any type of remuneration, you must contact the author for authorization and
terms. ALLFACTOR may not be distributed as part of or for use with any commercial
product without express permission from the author.

You must not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
the software. You must not rent, lease or sell it.

You may terminate this license at any time by ceasing use of and destroying
the software. This license shall also automatically terminate if you breach
any or all of its terms and conditions. You must agree to destroy the original
and all copies of the software upon termination of this license.

The author reserves all rights not expressly granted in this document.
